A Pedestrian Hit to Death by Train

A commuter line train rammed into a pedestrian at Gunung Antang Bridge, Matraman, East Jakarta, Thursday (4/8), at around 10 AM. The victim’s body bounced off until fell on Jalan Raya Matraman.

The train had honked. At first honk, the victim didn’t hear it. He realized it at the second honk, surprised, and got hit. His body was bounced off far until fell to the bottom (of the bridge)

This incident had made the traffic in location congested for one kilometer long because people were looking closer at the victim’s body that was lying on the road.

Rizky (40), an eyewitness, told that before the incident happened, the victim was walking on the side of railway tracks. At the same time, the train came from Manggarai-Bekasi. Unfortunately, the victim did not realize the incoming train.
